Last 5 years lo double pergayi but that is unsustainable.

3000-3500 unde 2015 lo, ippudu 5000-6000 varaku unnayi

rates appreciated because of land rates, construction costs etc.

population perugutunnadi, people jioning middleclass are increasingly so housing demand anedi eppatiki podu,

coming to apartaments it will appreciate less because you have less land share, construction cost anedi value taggutavastadi after 20-30 years irrespective of independent or apartment . i think the prices has hit the peak rates and it will not decrease  but will stabilize for another years or so with nominal gains.

If I were you, I will keep renting. There is no point in buying an apt in Miyapur area. Neeku independent house dorakadhuuuu and apartment is waste of money.

Just keep paying 15-20K rent for a nice apartment with all amenities as long as you can. Repairs and taxes lolliii kudaaa undadhuuuu vallakuuu

Nuvvu paisal pampinchiiii loan kattiiii....Malliiii aaaa paisal return ravuuuu India nundi....My 2 cents.

If you can find even 100 sq ft land and interested in buying a property in India, then aim for it. Otherwise just keep renting as mentioned above

Apartment is best.buying apartment is hassle free.its a community with many facilities. Its in the heart of the city.anything is near buy.Purchasing Villa is waster of money.you have to shell out huge money and also maintainence is high. Villa any how costs 3 crores. atleast 1 C for cost of construction (which will any how be deprecated)  and 2 C for land value.Buy an apartment with that 1 C and invest the rest of 2C in land or something else. This is an intelligent way of purchasing. Life is pretty easy, apartments are hassle free. Also, u can rent it if u dont stay, also easily sellable if u want to sell it.Having an apartment close to metro and lingampally railway station is very advantageous.Futrue transportation is only through trains and metros.People who are confused can neither buy an aparmtent or a villa.apartment purchase in a metro city is  big++
