Hmm if you do have low T symptoms then better to go with his suggestion.

yes TRT  should be used for lifelong although clearcut benefits are not proven after 60 years

benefits of testosterone therapy are

1.improved virilization /sexual function

2. increase in muscle strength and fat free mass

3.improves bone density

other possible effects on mood and cognition are not yet proven convincingly

also did your consultant mention about the possibility of decrease in spermatogenesis and fertility by using TRT?

are you aware of it

no more kids which is fine. I was actually feeling low since few years. Can't workout also. May be this is the reason.

What happens if I stop using TRT after 60 years?

it has to be tapered slowly under the supervision because abrupt cessation causes weight gain , muscle loss, headache, brain fog

that you discuss with your consultant , if not for any specific reason there is no point in stopping TRT

Finally, is it safe tobe on it for the next 30 years?

May go for daily nasal gel nastesto. Any other  major side effects I may get in future?

Anyone is in TRT treatment?

low testosterone. What kind of intake you are using? What’s the safest?

what's the reason for low T bro?

Causes of low testosterone levels
  • testicular injury or infection.
  • chemotherapy or radiation cancer treatments.
  • pituitary gland disease or other hormone disorders.
  • medications, such as corticosteroids and opiate pain relief.
  • genetic conditions, such as Klinefelter syndrome.
  • alcohol and drug abuse.

aswagandha at high doses (1200mg/day) can provide better relief than using useless lifelong medications

add other ayurvedic herbs such as shilajit

go look into reddit and see how americans are using aswagandha for all kind of benefits, it is a staple in US now for those with depression and low T

Did you try zinc, ashwagandha and magnesium. Just try for one month and take a test again. If you don’t see improvement go with trt.

Wont workout bro piccha lite . He is under borderline level

Too much low T for me. I decided to go with TRT nasal therapy daily use. At this age, I need more energy and work out.
