For ensuring Telangana’s borders are secured, critical supplies like fuel, food and other goods are provided, transportation, aviation and railway, mines and minerals etc are provided without any hassles, TG needs to pay 56 paise for every rupee.

If TG is self sufficient in all aspects like no imports and security, we don’t have to pay central government a dime. But that’s not the case here..
