Sending kid from US to INDIA along with grandmother

kid is minor 4 yrs old and us citizen.

can i send kid along with grand mother (indian citizen) to india from usa without parents? 

 

did any one do ? any documentation or gotchas please?

Use this template… both parents have to sign … include your passport copies and if possible notarize

I did it bro when she was 1 yr old and its been an year she is in india . Authorization form nimpina kani evaru adagaledu , better to have one . Oci unde you need not worry if you are planning to send more than 6 months

How do you guys do it vaa?? Just curious!! You miss all the great moments with the kids when they are little.. right?? Not judging.. but just curious and trying to understand

Well, Yes we will miss lot of great moments. But it all depends on the couple. If the spouse is not supporting to keep the Kid with us then there is no choice.

But kids will learns few things quickly with grand parents and they might socialize easily in some cases.

Passport lo both parents sign chey also oka small authorization letter sign cheyandi. Evaru adagaru but just in case better to have it

My dad passed out last year and i was in india for 6 months so peddaga miss ina feeling ledu . Also my mom has a disease which is in her final stage . She wants her grand daughter to be in and around . Maa inlaws and mom stays in 5 min distance . We miss her badly but it was a personal choice .

Passport lo sign aa ? I did not do it . I would not auggest until asked . Malli passport tamper ithae pedda problem
