Hyd Lo Oka place konnaru parents na name midha appudo Nenu chinnaga vunnappudu. Recent ga it was occupied by some construction and officially it’s gone and we can fight in court.

but a broker is ready to take the papers it’s like selling the land to him and he will give some amount and his headache if he fights in court or not.

is it ok to sell to broker? Though physical land lot is not existing as it is occupied by some govt or pvt facility.

Question lo clarity ledhu, occupied by govt enti? Govt occupied anedhi never heard unless you occupied govt land, pvt aithe better sell to that broker( that broker must be definitely a guy under the person who occupied your land) he ll just cut the deal and make you sell your land for less.
But no option don’t fight in court not worth the time and headache

50 or 60 percent vacchina ammesei and invest in some other place, if the guy is norma rich it ll take 15 to 20 years , if the guy is super rich even your grand grand kids won’t get that property, so give your papers and take the deal.
