If you have a property you can build equity over a period and appreciate aithey you can derive more loans out of it either to pay part of the loan or invest it else where.

Haha ikkada forgot about equity and investment bro . Just to show off to others that we are successful and brand vunnattu. Deeni valla takkuva earning vallu pressure feel ayyi unable to decide which to buy.

Entha ekkuva ayina..most of the folks who bought brand new homes in Austin cant afford 1.5 M homes in bay area also..Austin fulfilled their dream of becoming home owners and that brand new and decent size. I respect Austin market for that..2022 beginning lo overbidding across the leander and liberty hill manolla thappe..they are not worth that much..

Ala ani cheppi entha price pedithe antha petti konalemu kada. Desis mainly peer pressure valla chestaru anpisatdi when it comes to cars and homes. They dont assess their situation properly and just go with flow like herd mentality.

Do you really think the house prices will go down in next 5 years or 10 years?

One should know how to leverage based on what they have or create an opportunity out of it. Show off chesevallu sanka naakipotharu.

it has to go down .. especially in Austin for sure .. may not be to the numbers that were during pre-covid times .. because house prices of over 700k or so is way too much with property tax being at ~3% or so .. only migration crowd can pay such hefty amounts .. a city cant sustain with only migration crowd ..

not many will use the equity .. especially Indians .. with both husband and wife working .. will look to actively participate in any business opportunities which requires utmost attention for it to develop ..

Can you say the same thing with Seattle, Portland, San Jose, Santa Clara, San Diego that manolle lepparu tappa they are not worth? Country motham perigayi raa babu.. as there is more influx to TX, specially to Austin area you feel that. There is no real metric that can support your argument basu..

Music started for Austin.. turned negative for yearly gains. Avg home price is coming down
