Which apartment in any city in US has a 3000 SFT apartment? Lot prices adds up to the overall value. Why do you think old homes went faster and for much higher prices in 2020 and 2021.. Go to Travviso, not a single home is below 1 Million.. go to Hutto, Taylor, Buda you ll find the homes for that kind of a price still...
