They will end up paying towards interest and don’t forget the high property tax in austin area which is ~3% 

buy home to save rent anna concept is not applicable any more

But property tax is based on the county assessment kada…not on the sale price ? I’m not aware of how things work in Texas…700-800k home aina assessment value may be oka 60% vundochemo

if u buy a house for 700k .. u have to pay property tax on 700k .. if ur neighbour who bought same house for 400k 2 yrs back .. then homestead ki apply chesthe.. year-over-year 10% increase .. ante 480k ki he will pay property tax

Avuna ? Ante 600-800k petti konna batch antha pedda konderri gallu avadam khayam….

I was under the impression that sale price is different from assessment…

~2.5-3% tax ante plus prevailing interest rates…Chemma chekka adukovalsinde

Husband and wife idharu 2 jobs ante total 4 paychecks. andula oka paycheck anni expenses ki poyina remaining 3 paychecks ante monthly 25K after taxes. 1 year 300K kodtham antunna @Android_Halwa

It's based on assessed property value of both the land and house. This amount is not what you paid for the land and home but the amount at which the tax assessor has valued them

Multiple jobs is soon gonna be a thing of the past. They can’t sell these properties neither rental equation match the market rates. Kind of struck…
