99 acres but again high rise towers aithe go with top builders konchem standards untayi not 100% trust but better than individual builders chala legal issues untayi on land and also quality compromise.. my home, aparna, jayabheri, rajapushpa ila chusko konchem cost ekkuva untundi but worth and hassle free.. dont fall for pre launch offers
