they can self file GCs one or two papers vuntey EB2 NIW quota lo...within 3-6months vachestay gcs

as far as I know there will be very less people coming from that country and always the GC dates are current for that country. asusual ga they don’t need H1 because they get GC within that OPT 3 year period. Even Nepal also same

GC is based on country of birth [NOT PASSPORT]. Other than India and China country of birth, OPT lo ne Mestri PERM cheste GC vachestundi. Malla H1B enduku bokka.

they run a GC syndicate for EB2 NIW … for NIW you need some papers, citations, and recommendation letters (phd vunte very easy pesy but also possible with masters)…

the syndicate they run is to increase paper count and citations … they add their syndicate members as second authors in paper and other syndicate members cite that paper. 
they apply to GC when they are about to graduate … so OPT ayyelopu they will get GC sometimes even before getting OPT

Masters akkadina ok but papers, citations or some good credentials like startup with some breakthrough or some patents undali and recommendation letters are must for NIW. No employer needed.
