  Immigration there was restricted primarily to thellas. Only recently they allowed - last 30 years or so.

till 1947 - british had "no indians and dogs" allowed as per law.

australia did not allow non-white till 90s i think. us till 1965 maybe.

Then why wont these countries help give immigration to sc st or bc more. You think they dont know the reality of caste in india ?
