No here in USA..the doctor referred for an evaluation and they referred him to this special school. But he can start only when he is 3

be realistic on both side of confirmation

22 months is too early to confirm

if you kid has these symptoms, it most likely confirmed autism

1. lack of eye contacts

2, repetitive movements of hands like flapping, jumping

3. holding his hands closer to eyes, rolling eyes to corners quite many times

4. not interested in other kids during play

5.eating non edible stuff and playing with cream like textured items like lotions, soaps, excreta etc

come to realization as fact as possible and DO NOT LIVE in DENIAL

stop worry about future of kids, they will get better as age progresses, medical science has no fakking clue yet just like many other health issues

do not use pharmaceutical medication except homeopathy or ayurveda or biomedical interventions

it is referred as regression. losing skills previously acquired is a clear sign , you can always try many things to confirm yourselves

try teaching them riding a bike, it calms them down and helps to related both sides of brain to coordinate better

These are all common due to he may not playing eith other kids 

just evarina friends ki ee age pillau vunte kalavandi and go to out side like parks and other activities 

3 yr date varaku no need of school or any thing. Kid will learn in school but baaga health issues vastayi ee age like fever and cold

As long as he is maintaining eye contact he should be fine. First nee wife ni job maanpinchi 24 hours time spend cheyyamanu.. do not leave him alone.. 

As someone said above.. ikkada doctors appointment dorikesariki punya kalam kasta aipothundi.. veelaithe Ind ki pampinchi speech therapy ki pampinchu.. everyday 1 hr. 

he should definitely be alright.. no need to panic..

Kids learn faster from other kids … Join in him in day care  … if it is just speech delay he will pickup in day care 

and also reach out to your state regional center … For eg:- In State of California … ALTA … They will evaluate your kid... and they will provide you all help you need until age 3 .

After age 3 .. you school district will help you . They will join him into pre-school so prepare a independent plan according to you kids symptoms . 

If it is just development delay … start early with therapies so by the age of 5 he will pickup before he start his school… state will pay for therapies co-pays etc... one hour therapy doesn't help anything but therapist will play and communicate with the kid but most help need from parents where you can watch what therapist is doing and mimic the same with your kid every day

Spend more tym with Kid.. Iddaru job cheste try to take long leave and be with him, if not day care lo veyyandi let him mingle and play with other kids mostly set avutaru kids..

Ekkada prathi daaniki ede antunnaru, possibility unte India lo grandparents daggara 1 yr unchi chudu, you can see improvements, ma frnd kid case lo edi workout indi..

My little one has the similar kind of issue, esp because of the lockdown. We joined him in the nursery and things improved a lot. Kids learn a lot in the nursery. And also we need to spend more time with them, by interacting and speaking with them continuously.

Try to join him in the nursery and take him to colleauges/ friends house who got kids with similar kind of age group. 

Also it too early to say at this point as the Autism spectrum is very big. 

If we say our concerns in the Nursey, then they will prepare a plan for the lil one to overcome them.
