what else can we expect!!

House prices are reducing and after a point and it will settle down there..

then interest will be reduced 

and then the buying cycle repeats 😊

They won’t decrease interest rate just to speed the home buying process. I don’t see interest rates going less than 5% in next 10 years atleast

remote and no state tax ani vasthunaru bro from other states.

Need to see how it will be once WFH is over and also new tech job search will be very difficult in dallas because of the competition from too much desi population after WFH.

really... I know one guy whose builder reduced 20k even though construction was in middle.
