no ba. Lets say some northie guy is doing hungama in local area. TG politician also upset. But northie guy knows someone in cabinet or bjp head office or even bjp up  or gujrat office. what do you think happens ?

Yes but DGP is IPS cader. The HM will always need some beenfit from union cabinet.
