Work culture ee kadu interviews kuda ghoram. Tesla lo all directors and tech managers tho interview super and nice feedback from recruiter. Then final round oka Engineer tho. Mana telugu tejam. Vaadiki konchem thelusu and adi thelusani cheppataniki 15 mins out of 30 mins took. Vaadiki kavalsina answer kavali lekapothe prathi question tharvatha basics tho start chesthadu adi kuda attitude tho.

Interview ayyaka recruiter ki feedback icha. Veeditho pani cheyyatam ante sahasame I think Tesla should train the interview panel first ani cheppa. I had two other better opportunities so accepted one.

Just a design. He was basically testing me if I am paying attention to the requirements, asking right questions, thinking creatively, presentation of the end product etc...
