shud try to sneak in something there @gothamprince

avoid high fat diet in the afternoon which diverts more blood to intestine away from the brain and prefer low glycrmic index which releases glucose for longer period of time gradually unlike sudden burst the foods like green leafy vegetables, beans , carrots and reduce intake of white rice ,potatoes which are of high glycemic index

These symptoms might need further evaluation by a specialist, like a neurologist or a rheumatologist, who can look into less common causes.

Like you, I went to my primary care physician and got all the necessary blood work done, which frustratingly came back normal. It was a bit disheartening not having clear answers right away. I ended up consulting a neurologist who helped me explore deeper into possible causes. Alongside the treatment plan we developed, I decided to incorporate supplements from https://militarymuscle.co into my routine. I found that their focus on muscle health really complemented my medical treatments.
