quality of material used in new constructions gurinchiiii entha thakkuva matladithe antha better. Sarlee poniyiiii yevariii opinion valladhi....

My priority is brick material. I hate vinyl. Also, flooring wood undali.....Then I see counter tops, roof, fixtures etc. 

HVAC entha recent kudaa replace sesaruuu anedhi important. Builder gadi ni susi guddi ga koneee rojuluuu gone. Construction lo entha spend chesaruuu builders anedhiiii neekuuu susthee ardham ayipothadhiii based on materials they used.

counter tops always choose best granite coz they do extra work toset it up… roof fixtures iga if U have second floor choose it kaka manchiga

and a house which is old(more than 10 yr)will definitely have some or other issue. Rarely baguntay
