It’s an overrated, unplanned and discomfort city. Less than 5 miles lo Nuclear plant (people see thyroid issues due to passive radiation after 5-7 years of exposure), large propane commercial filling station, impacting respiratory system of nearby communities, there is a large and main dump yard for triangle area in HS and finally horrible traffic on 55. 
Sorry but Don’t be surprised if prices fall out 30 to 40% in this city. 
next to add in, two top Pharma companies are adding their manufacturing units, you will see more waste throwed in landfill and polluting water and soil.

Apex is not much overrated as HS but we will see 30% price difference. Oka Chinna example, 3 months back, $700k unna house ippudu $600k vasthundhi, in 3 months it will be $500, not sure how it will go next spring. 
apex oka advantage enti antae, it is close to RTP area, people going to office are having advantage but negative is it’s is closer to nuclear plant, same long term Thyroid issues.
