Telangana reserves 95% of jobs for locals

 I am confused. He is talking about govt jobs anukunta  where 99 percent are telugu origin only.

In hyd most jobs are in private sector - akkada guts levu dora gaadiki peekadaaniki.

Is this another hate andhra legislation.

The very reason Andhra people had advantage over TG people after merger is that they had better access to education under British and hence TG job seekers were at a disadvantage,  in order to create more parity this rule gives competitive advantage to people living in parts which otherwise lag behind to someone who is educated in Hyderabad or Warangal.

For example if there is an opening for 10 teacher positions in adilabad, job seekers of adilabad are given preference over others for those positions 

In the new zonal system, 95 per cent of the jobs will be reserved for locals of the respective zones and five per cent jobs will be offered under open quota, for which candidates from all zones can compete. There will be district, zonal, multi-zonal, state cadres for jobs.

How many times will you repeat this fake news. There was never any significant variation. And whatever little was there NTR was the first to address it in Go 610. Later YSR also tried it.

So called "violations" were insignificant. BTW how many TG people got jobs in central govt offices in telangana? far far far lesser.

That’s what I am explaining , people who are deprived of opportunity because they can’t compete with someone who had better access to education are given a preference for openings in their zones , that is how we develop the people in areas that are languishing

What’s new in this, zonal system was there from ages … TRS zonal system techindhi antadu emi just names change chesi … 

even Hyderabad is not a free zone from 2011. 

since decades back Adilabad lo teacher posts ke karimnagar candidate will be non local …

Jobs based on local/non-local was there from 1975 when NTR was not even in politics.

The whole Telangana movement vachinde zonal system in tongalo tokkinanadu ke kada, article 371 it is.

rosiah tata proposed to do away Hyderabad from 371 as legally they were being cornered and which then re-triggered the TG movement

Befroe there were  two zones in Telangana(hyd and non-hyd) , which were created in Undivided AP in 1973. Undivided AP had six zones, four in Seemandhra and two in Telangana. These zones were created following the Presidential Order of 1973, as per Article 371(D) of the Constitution, to provide equitable job opportunities for Andhra, Rayalaseema and Telangana districts.

In the old zonal system, while filling district-level posts, 20 per cent of total posts were offered under open merit quota.  For zonal-cadre posts, 30 per cent posts and in the multi-zonal cadre, 40 per cent posts were offered for which any eligible candidate from anywhere in the state can apply. In the proposed new zonal system, this has been done away with now 95% reserved for locals

the joke they made out of 371 is that 70-80% jobs in secretariat, high court and universities, colleges were taken by andhra people. The whole TG movement started because they didn’t care for that rule even though legally they are obligated to fulfill it

This whole new zonal system is to balance  out the injustice happened from 1956, let them be limited to Hyderabad

Yes. but someone complained to NTR that he saw an andhra bus conductor in hyderabad and he immediately issued GO 610 in 1985 within 2 years of returning to power to correct any violations.

In my very heavy use of buses in hyderabad for 20 years - i saw one and ONLY one conductor who clearly spoke with andhra accent.

Despite such low number - andhra leaders always willingly punished themselves to accomodate any correction.

Anyway langas are propoganda geniuses. They got TG so doras can be in power, KTR can have his heroine keeps, collect chanda from andhra entrepreneurs.

To do that they succesfully demonized 5 crore ordinary people as occupiers .

Simultaneously, and here is their genius, they winked at kapu bigots and other bigots like @Raven_Rayes @Ryzen_renoir and told them this will target kammas. Calculating that their caste picchi means they will immediately fall for it.

These are not ordinary tricks - you need hundreds of years of dora petthanam pratice to demonize ordinary people and hoodwink others.

Ordinary andhra people ofcourse knew they were cheated, they finished congress in ap. But they were helpless.
