Wipro fired 300 employees for moonlighting

Wipro terminated the services of 300 staff members who it discovered were working for its competitors while still being on the company’s payroll, the firm’s executive chairman Rishad Premji said on Wednesday. 

"It is very simple. It is an act of integrity violation. We terminated the services of those people,” Premji responded to a question from ET during the sidelines of the 49th All India Management Association convention.

RTO .  mandatory  cheste lot of people resign.. some comps will be lucky as they dont have to give severance package.. not talking abt service based comps.

All these companies will operate like syndicate. All companies will enforce RTO to different extents, except for few start ups.

you will easily find with PF details. My company will check his PF details and if there are 2 PF accounts or credits they can catch easily. We terminated few like that. Unless candidate dont provide PF details for 2nd company.

Idi nenu kooda choosina... but didn't go into details. Maree too much.. evadu enni jobs cheste vaadiki enti maybe too many people and unemployment ? Also tax lu kooda correct ga vastay especilly ilaanti jobs lo.

I also see they ask for notice period etc in the interviews .... may be back ground check lo vastademo as u said.

all these companies need to do was to compare their emploee list, i think this is how they did it

india lo data privacy matta emi undavu so companies are free to reveal any information as long as it benefits them
