Signed a quick move-in new townhouse for 480k in Plano, TX, is it a good idea, today powell said market will crash, better to back out or goahead?

Seller listed for 545k and came down to 480k..

very good deal, you would be paying more on rents in that area than mortgage

plano and coppell home values are recession proof, enjoy you home

Congrats man but mr Jerome Powell wants housing to be corrected . So just be your own judge.

Powell wants 4.4 by 2023 it will be like crazy another 1-2 hikes this year . will impact employment as well .

Good luck and make sure to put less down payment  . Housing could go 20 per down but don’t know much about plano location .

If you can afford a town house for 480k and comfortable to pay mortgage, go ahead.
