Reasonable rate ki villa.. 8.5 cr anta

400 yards is going for 6cr (west Hyderabad - 10Kms Hitech city lo ORR side unna townships like tellapur etc)

Kokapet same 400 yards is 8cr-10cr

400 yards Mokila - 4Cr

900 yards villa Kokapet, ganipet - >15 Cr minimum

prime areas lo 20k/sft nadustunnadi

It depends, some people are making 1cr or more. A common friend is working for a AI startup, he relocated to Hyderabad to setup a team/office, he is being paid $300k apart from the RSUs(it is not public yet)

Most of the people are businessmen, beuarucrats (current or retired), NRIs and high paying jobs holding senior positions in companies

Are they wasting hard earned money on these illegal transactions? thats foolish.

Not all of them are paying this much at the moment(people bought few years ago, land became expensive and no more villas planned now), obviously the prices went up after the Kokapet land auction in 2020, developers paid top dollar i.e. 60cr/acer.

we bought a villa in this community in 2015 for 2.6cr, same is going for 10cr or more now. Until 2020 it was 4-5 cr at max, just after the auction the prices doubled

Yes, those who can afford like doctors, engineers, businessmen and movie stars etc but definitely that is a niche market even among marque clients. But all they need is one buyer. Those who are budget conscious are moving to farther neighborhoods like Mokila etc which is still affordable at 4cr

Also there are People who are upgrading by selling their existing villas, house, plots etc as those gained appreciation as well.

Imagine a NRI moving from CA, most at that point might have made an equity of $1 million dollars or more, those are the people easily 50% of the prospective buyers, but also local ga kuda salaries are too good, $100k is average if you work for a FAANG like company or even something like salesforce or even Deloitte in senior capacity like  architect etc

The rudimentary definitions of rich, poor, middle class seem to have undergone a sea change in Hyderabad.  I cannot relate at all to the amounts being shown here in relation to the properties on offer.

కృతజ్ఞతా భావం లేని వారి పైన చాలా గట్టిగా ఇచ్చారు బాలయ్య గారు,,,,,,, ఇప్పుడున్న వారు ఏదో ఇస్తే ఇచ్చేస్తున్నాము అనుకుంటున్నారు కానీ గతంలో వారు ఎవరికిచ్చారు ఇప్పుడు ఎలా మార్చుకున్నారు ఇప్పుడు ఎలా ఇస్తారు భవిష్యత్తులో ఎలా మార్చుకుంటారు వారి గురించి తెలియనిదా ఇది మాత్రం అర్థం చేసుకోలేనిదా,,,,,
