@gothamprince - Sudden ga office stress tho BP ekkuva ayyindi  , so Dr safe side anni rule out chesindu. EKG teshindu first edo slight abnormal undi , may be ur case is normal for you annadu.
To rule out clearly He did CAD test and Calcium score , Valves check chesindu That way he is good for couple of years. All he has to do is control BP by work outs and Yoga.

although i am not an expert in exercise recommendation but aerobic exercise like jogging, running or participation in recreation sports like badminton , swimming are proven to be of great for both heart and brain health as the risk factors asuch as hypertension , diabetes are same for both

and regarding for strenous exercise they are also proven to beneficial but please do it under supervision and should be gradually increased and never over do it you are the best to know when you overdo then please take a step back

what about your gastric pH , if you have have problems in acid secretion it can be found out by capsule and he must have also ruled out H.PYLORI  infection very common cause of anemia

if not these the we have to rule out other than intestinal causes

h.pylori ki capsule avasaram ledu they do hydrogen breath test . there is capsule that can detect pH change in gastric acid
