Canada market is controlled by a chain of exhibitors. If the distributors don't want to go into that particular chain and opt other theatres, they'd employ people to slash the screens of other theatres therefore incurring huge losses to distributor. only happens to South Asian movies. A repeated issue  since bahubali days. A distributor/theatre owner who runs mafia not allowing movies to exhibit in other theaters  apart from his .if someone buys movies he starts ripping screens and using pepper spray in theaters. Bheemlanayak, sye ra, theri and few other movies are affected. It's funny that's happening in Canada from 6 years and no law enforcement is able to do anything.
