Hi.. Did anyone recently moved to / or staying Charlotte.. I am looking for apartments in Ballantyne area.. with decent desi community.. any pointers ? 

I know Ballantyne has more desi folks but just wanted to know which apartments/areas are preferred - in terms of facilities, maintenance, flexible leases etc.
