20% down will get prices back to 2021 July levels........ which is a big joke.

 

Dallas, Phoenix and Austin ila all WFH boom towns went up 100% since 2019........ Prices would need to crash 50% to go back to just March 2020 levels.

You can apply for Homestead Exception that would limit your taxes not to exceed 10% over the previous year.
