May be. I would say better than where I moved from..

CA lo 9.6% dobbinchuki + Property Tax 1% + Melrose + CA SUI (Eventhough you ll never use in your lifetime) + Special Gas tax 35 Cents per Gallan + all other lotkor schemes to feed illegals ki State extra vayinmpu + Bookalo roads + Tokkalo Traffic tho compare chesthey.. I feel like I am in a pleasant village vayya.

assessed value paina tax kadha.. so assessed value will be oka 20% less than what you paid for the home?

mine is close to 2%... assessed value is 10% more than the purchase price. Had to contest to reduce it to purchase price. even then I feel it's ridiculous to pay that.

Homestead is not applicable for first year of purchase. ( previous owner used to pay 30% less tax than what I am paying now)
