We should never pay off mortgage debt if low apr…just use the extra cash to invest somewhere else or park somewhere to hold for future investments.

Few ppl want to sleep peacefully . Few do not want loans . They don't want to invest in something that is not fixed income , when they are guaranteed the return of mortgage interest by paying that off.

Even those can just invest the extra in fixed income and let it grow..
