Debt consolidation is a form of debt refinancing that entails taking out one loan to pay off many others

its refunanacibg to pay other loans . How come deny consolidation is public benefit??

debt refinance is not public benefit ...

public benefit includes ... medicaid, food stamps, ebt etc ...

 

if u say debt refinance is public benefit ... so is sending kids to public schools ...

lets keep the topic debt consolidation is a public benefit or not but just in case if they bring back 944 (Declaration of self sufficiency) which most of ppl filled when they filed 485 in 2020 october  nee bokkalu mottam bayata padatai.. i am not saing they will deny your gc based on this but do u want to risk your GC for sake of 30 or 40k debt , ppl use ur wisdom 🙂
