Yes they have all these subjects not only in mandarin but also in tibetan, mongolian and uighur languages.

They first ended all feudalism, casteism, religious supersition in the country. They took away all land and money from rich people and created a flat society.

THen they gave mass education and mass health care for free. ANd talent bloomed.
