why is my county giving higher estimate of Property  tax next year ?

also if housing prices reduce by 10% - lets say- county revenues will go down everywhere kadha ? how will they handle school costs and pension costs ?

Adhi just theoretical. Once lease expires it automatically renews for another 70 years or 50 years.

Children automatically inherit them.

Even in us ..govt can sieze your house if you dont pay yearly property taxes. So there is no "absolute" property ownership anywhere.

County appraisal is only done once, generally at start of year.
