Nov1st last working day... after that 60 days H1 grace period ..

 

H1 Stamping aithe valid undi ..next 2 years ki...

Epudu India velli, akada nunche FTE jobs search cheskoni..malla kotha job ocheka ..(ee market lo esp. Nov, Dec lo new job kodtam kastam untadi ga)..USA ochedam ankuntuna..

Any cons in doing so ? ESP. immigration wise...

 

BTW Help :Mi employers evrina hiring cheste for Java, AWS, help me guys. Please DM me .

Sorry to hear Don't do it any cost bro india lo (not sure your urgency) your 60 days count starts now (not sirebyiur employer has given any transition or notice ) suggest yiu to find a employer in 60 days , ikada kanna india lone tough to find job , good luck bro stay strong

better you stay here n get job first get your new h1 then travel to india

Remote jobs ki comptition ekva . Look for day 1 onsite in ur area . Easy ga vastadi , transfer h1 then u will have enough time to search for fte

Stay here and look for jobs…Java antunav one day lo contracting job vastundi if you really know Java …

Find some desi employer and transfer your H1b immediately …  even if you have to pay the transfer fees, that is fine.. then, start your job search… next 2 months slow ga untadi with talk of recession and 4th quarter funding issues.. very difficult to get a FT job now and the process is usually slow too..
