Note: a small write up based on my day to day news reading…I could be correct or wrong…I am just putting my notes together bits and pieces. You are welcome to correct me….

 

ఇప్పటికే…రెండు గ్రూప్స్ గా విడిపోయాయి..

ఒకటి నాటో మిత్రదేశాలు అయితే మరొకటి రష్యా, చైనా, ఉత్తర కొరియా గ్రూప్ …

ప్రస్తుతానికి కళ్ళకు కనుపిస్తూంది ఒకటే యుద్ధం…యుక్రేన్ రష్యా…కానీ కళ్ళకు కనిపించకుండా ఈ రెండు గ్రూపుల మద్య వనరుల యుద్ధం (OPEC+, semi conductor exports..etc) నడుస్తుంది…

ఇందులో ఉత్తర కొరియా ది వేరే ఫంధా…అంతర్జాతీయ వాణిజ్యానికి ఇది ప్రత్యక్షంగా చేసింది ఏమీ లేదు..అందుకేపరోక్షంగా యుద్ధవాతావరణం సృష్టించి తన వంతు తాను పోషిస్తుంది…

ఈ రెండు గ్రూపులకి చెందని మిగతా తటస్థ  దేశాలు కూడా ఏమంత ప్రశాంతంగా లేవు..పెరిగిన డాలర్ రేటుతో, కరువు, ఆహార సమస్యలతో మరియూ ఇతర రాజకీయ సమస్యలతో కొట్టుమిట్టాడుతున్నాయి…కానీ ఈ తటస్త దేశాలని నమ్మలేం..ఏ క్షణానైనా వీళ్ళు తమ తటస్తత వీడి ఏదైనా గ్రూప్ లో చేరితే…పరిస్థితి మరింత ముదురతుంది…

ఈ రెండు గ్రూప్‌లు ఒకరిని ఒకరు ఓడించుకునే ప్రయత్నంలో వాళ్ళని వాళ్ళే ఓడించుకుంటున్నారు…అది ఎలాగోచూద్దాం…

ముందుగా ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితికి దారి తీసిన కారణాలు…

ఆఫ్ఘనిస్తాన్ ని 20 సంవత్సరాల కాలం పరోక్షంగా పరిపాలించి…అర్ధాంతరంగా అమెరికా వెళ్ళిపోయాక కొన్ని నెలలకి మొదలైంది ఈ రష్యా యుక్రేన్ యుద్ధం…దీన్ని బట్టి దీని వెనక ఎన్ని సమీకరణాలు ఉన్నాయో అర్ధమౌతుంది…

1990 లో నాటో విస్తృతి ని తూర్పు యూరప్ లో తగ్గిస్తాం అనే అలిఖిత ఒప్పందం వలన రష్యా తూర్పు జర్మన్ ని విడిచి తన దేశాన్ని ముక్కలు చేసుకుంది…కాని తర్వాత నాటో తన మాట నిలబెట్టుకోలేదు…దాని పర్యవసానం యుక్రేన్ ఆక్రమణ…కాని యుక్రేన్ జాతీయవాదాన్ని తక్కువగా అంచనావేయడం పుతిన్ పొరపాటు… 

యుక్రేన్‌కి నాటో దేశాలు అండగా ఉండగా…రష్యాకి  ప్రత్యక్షంగా ఎవరి సహాయం లేదు కాని పరోక్షంగా కొన్ని దేశాల మద్దతుఉంది…

 

US మరియు నాటో మిత్రదేశాలు…

ప్రస్తుతానికి యుద్దంలో ఆధిపత్యం లో ఉన్నా…కొన్ని ప్రమాదాలు పొంచివున్నాయి…inflation and energy crisis లాంటివి…అమితంగా పెరిగిన డాలర్ రేటుతో అమెరికా మిత్రదేశం అయిన UK ఆర్దికంగా దెబ్బతినగా…తక్కువ ఆయిల్ ఎగుమతుల తోనే రష్యా రూబుల్ మంచి ఆదాయం పొందింది…తన రూబుల్ ని బలపరుచుకుంది…

ఇప్పటి వరకు ప్రపంచ ముడిచమురు ఆర్థిక లావాదేవీలు..డాలర్ లోనే కొనసాగుతున్నాయి…కానీ రేపటి రోజున కార్టల్ గా వ్యవహరిస్తున్న OPEC+ డాలర్ కాకుండా ఎవరికి నచ్చిన కరన్సీ లో వాళ్ళు చేసుకోవచ్చు అనే నిర్ణయానికి వస్తే…డాలర్ కుప్పకూలుతుంది…

మరోవైపు యూరప్ దేశాలని వెంటాడుతున్న మరో పెద్ద ప్రమాదం energy…ఇప్పటివరకు యూరప్ లో natural gas సప్లైలో రష్యాదే అగ్రభాగం…రష్యా నుండి వచ్చే natural gas కూడా చాలా వరకు తగ్గింది…ఇప్పటికే energy bills పెరిగినయూరప్ లో winter లో energy consumption  ఇంకా ఎక్కువ అవసరం వుంటుంది…ఎన్ని ప్రత్యామ్నాయ పైప్‌లైన్స్వచ్చినా ….అవసరానికి సరిపడా దొరకకపోవచ్చు…ఈ energy crisis ని winter లో ఎదుర్కొనడం యూరప్ కి పెద్ద సవాలే…

మొసలికి నీళ్ళు ఎలాగో… రష్యాకి winter అలాగ…గతంలో winter వళ్ళనే ప్రపంచ యుద్ధ సమయంలో…ఓటమి చివరి అంచు నుండి తప్పించుకుని శతృవుని మట్టుబెట్టిన చరిత్ర రష్యాది…

 

రష్యా, చైనా, ఉత్తర కొరియా

భావజాలం లోను , సరిహద్దు లోను దగ్గరగా ఉన్న దేశాలు ఈ మూడు…ఉత్తర కొరియా కి చైనా రష్యా పెద్దన్నలుగా వ్యవహరిస్తాయి అనేది బహిరంగ రహస్యం.. మొదటి నుంచి అమెరికా పైన వ్యతిరేకత ఉన్న ఉత్తర కొరియా ఇటీవల జరిపిన క్షిపణి పరీక్షలు అమెరికా, జపాన్ కి మరింత గుబులు పుట్టించాయి…ఈ సమయంలో క్షిపణి పరీక్షలు చేయడం కూడా ఒక వ్యూహాత్మకం…

చైనాకి అమెరికా అతిపెద్ద మార్కట్…అమెరికాతో పోటీపడే మరొక ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్ధ..అందువలన ప్రత్యక్షంగా రష్యాకి మద్దతు ఇవ్వకపోయినా..పరోక్షంగా మద్దతు ఇవ్వచ్చు…ఇటీవల రష్యా చైనా కలిసి సైనిక విన్యాసాలు కూడా జరిపారు….

అమెరికా ఇటీవల semiconductor technology ని చైనాకు ఎగుమతి చేయడానికి నియంత్రించింది…ఇలాంటివి ఎక్కవ అయితే సమీకరణాలు వేగంగా మరవొచ్చు… 

 

మిగిలిన దేశాలు…

రెండు గ్రూపులకి…సానుభూతిపరులు , వ్యతిరేకులు ఉన్నా…రాబోయే కాలంలో inflation and energy crisis తీవ్రత బట్టి సమీకరణాలు మారవచ్చు…..

Ukrain­ian Pres­i­dent Volodymyr Ze­len­sky said Rus­sia had car­ried out dozens of strikes us­ing mis­siles as well as Iran­ian-made drones to tar­get the coun­try’s elec­tri­cal grid and other civil­ian in-frastructure. “They want panic and chaos,” he said in a video ad­dress filmed near his of­fice. “They want to de­stroy our en­ergy sys­tem.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday warned of a “harsh” response if Kyiv were to conduct further “terrorist attacks” following weeks of battlefield losses that culminated in the attack on the strategically important Kerch Strait Bridge.

Of at least 84 missiles that were fired at Ukrainian cities on Monday, 43 were intercepted, the general staff of Ukraine’s armed forces said, adding that 13 drones were also shot down.

Ukraine’s national police service said 11 people were killed and 87 injured across the country, with most strikes hitting electricity substations and other targets outside city centers, further from civilian homes. By Monday afternoon, life had largely returned to normal in Kyiv.

Nevertheless, the attacks prompted renewed calls from Ukrainian officials for more weapons systems to defend the country against aerial attacks including from Iranian-made drones that Moscow has deployed increasingly widely in recent weeks.
