In general Financial institutions won’t hire people from certain countries because of regulations. They don’t even do business with certain countries. But ee case lo offer letter ichaka cheyadam not at all correct.

This didn’t happen for just one person.. they rescinded the offers of many people from Iran… unless they prove that they did the same thing for people of other countries , they are in a soup..

its easy to blame the company but we dont know the complete picture. Aa respective country emaina recent changes chesindi emo with respect to iran.

 

afaik, many companies in US to extended back ground check when it comes to giving an offer to person from certain countries

Unfortunate thing about corporate race bro many companies in us also rescinding offers better they be considerate for people on immigration and moving countries

Corporate companies can do what they like but they should pay compensation for wasting her valuabletime unless they have good reason.

Corporates also face.  i dont think they are happy to be told not to recruit ppl from some countries.

They want to access the labor of the whole world.
