I aaaath careee...But lova da lo meetings ki rakundaaa....aaadikiii kaliii unnapuudduuu naaakuuu phone chesi meetings lo emayyindhiiii ani savaaa 10nging....This going on for 3 weeks now. suppose oka 15 meetings untee, he probably attended 3.

Yes - if his behaviour is effecting team productivity -  but dont tell he is doing second job which is just your assumption.

Say he is not doing his part and others are getting burdened by it (if true)
