Manager ki telidaa meetings attend avadam ledani? Does this guy report to you? If not, why do you care!! Just escalate if he is not always available when needed if that is stopping your work..

is your team sharing his work too? if so then you have to indirectly tell your manager I mean meetings attend kavatla ani dont say 2nd job ani.
