First step completed.

Next step is increased inventory in market.

Third step people buying cheap homes since they cannot afford high monthly payments

Crash starts for high end homes. Delinquencies from thella vomericans and reduced interest rates game continues

More than 25% decline is technically called as a crash. High end homes >700k loooo crash pakka...IMO..

I think homes less than 600K will be least hit. .

"Next step is increased inventory in market". Phoenix and Austin  already have this step completed.

If all Homebuilders stops new construction,

will it help them in keeping up the demand?

If home builders stop building new homes, they will have to shut their shop right away…going slow is the only option but stopping building new homes is never an option.

Home builders are part of a chain system who survive on credit. If they stop building, they will go bankrupt right away taking down their lenders and creditors.
