first of all - you lack knowledge on china. Like you lack knowledge on pretty much anything - whether tg or amaravati. Moreover even your morals are not developed and you have too much emotionally invested in caste rivalry.

China did not impose mandarin - as part of their rejuvenation - they standardized and simplified chinese language and created a uniform one - only for speakers of various mandarin dialects.

Other languages like Tibetan/ Uighur/Mongolian are given full freedom and in the respective provinces children receive instruction in those languages only. The also learn mandarin as language (not as  medium of ALL instruction) because they receive huge subsidies and benefits and economic opportunities in Han china.

Quiet unlike in india where south/bengal/maha creates these oppurtunities and transfers the tax revenues to hindi belt. and are told to learn hindi.
