Telangana slang has lot of Urdu influence from Nizam and Muslim rulers. The slang feels more of a mix of Telugu, Tribal and Urdu. I am not saying its bad, that is how it has developed.

Bellary side Kannada influence Telugu. I have seen friends use Dhoodu for Dabulu.  Chittoor side Tamil influence Telugu. That is expected when region are at the borders.
