H1B - Stamping/Amendment ( Urgent )

Hello DB Members , Small info/inputs needed.

Nenu last year June 2021 employer ( desi mestri ) change ayyanu , He filed H1B Transfer and approved till 2024. He is saying he didn't put any MSA or client Letter while sending the package. As it was complete remote LCA lo address na home address eee undi

This year April 2022 , i changed the client. But this is remote as well and working from same home address as above.

Now my question is

1) Amendment emaina cheyyala ?  
2) ippudu stamping ki vellochu aa with earlier approved i797  ?
3) Visa Officer client location or client name or work location antey em cheppali ?

I asked my employer vadu em antadu antey , your H1B filed based on your home address not on client adress , naku em ardam avvadam ledu. Stamping lo emaina biscuit aitadi anni
Vadu antundu he didn't send any MSA or client letter as such , koncham confuse ga undi.

Please help guys with your valuable inputs.

Client change chestey amend file cheyali kada bhayya.Oka vela field office vallu old client office pothey em chesthav.Moreover file an amendment put 50% office and 50% remote pettu safe side untav my opinion anthey

As long as nu same address or 40mile radius lo unte u r good to go. No need to worry about wfh.

Couple of questions for Visa stamping , as these are general questions by Visa officer

1) Client Location ?
2) Do you work for End Client ? What client name should I say at that point ?
3)  How are we providing services ? Are we providing services to the end client ? 
4) Working from home address without an end client ?

to confirm things , me employer ni I129 pampamani cheppandi okasari
andulo old client address unte , i think you need an amendment
also , its always safe to take amendment when ever you change client / location

1st of all ippudu anni drop box appointments so mostly no interview. In case needi interview ayithe 

1 - wherever ur client is located aa place cheppi but since it is a remote position i work from home ani cheppu

2 - yes end client is xyz thru my employer abc

3 - I work as senior blah blah consultant and tell your roles and responsibilities 

4 - nee question ardham kaledu bro
