USD is now stronger but when you can invest rupee with minimum returns of 24-30% per year, even with repatriation taxes you will see your money growing faster. However I don’t plan to pay any tax.

gold days are over. I think crypto is replacement for it. that is the only way to make common people assets worthless and rich can be more rich. The goal post keep changing for middle class as they keep saving.gold price in last 10 years don’t go up at all vs stocks, home, crypto went up 3 to 10 times.

Rental properties ki partners best ba. Either they will do the caring or will motivate you to do caring.

Franchises needs a million usd (respectable ones). gas stations etc is waste in my opinion.

Another low effort way of getting rentals  is invest in REITs - they give good returns like 9-10 percent. And maybe property appreciation too.

But they are taxed as regular income not as dividends.

Also you cannot leverage REITS with mortgages.
