How to be around financially successful people

Of late i have observed same economical class/status somehow ending up together. 
Rich and successful people flocking and like to hangout with like minded people. 
As a middle class/lower middle class guy how to break this cycle and hangout with rich peers. Entha value provide cheyali.

Ante context lo in terms of habits , mentality , being ambitious  aiming high. 
Why do same economic class people are comfortable with hanging out with similar level in terms of spending and saving etc. 

i have been with rich and who have good upbringing from childhood .. there outlook on life seems to completely diff and value system as well.

I have seen some normal guys loose confidence in-front of richer than them in materials like cars , nice house etc. while the guy who is less economically his thinking in terms of money spending remains same even after coming to US where they earn around equal.
