there are rental agents who can help you with finding the tenant and the contract. go with them for the first time for your own peace of mind. from the next time you can evaluate if it’s worth your time to do all this.

i have the tenant ready to wrire lwase. Dis background check and all good with it. Its just for writing lease and topics we need to cover in it.

Every state has different templates and rules.

there will be state related laws.. go to your state's attorney general's website.. every state provides a sample rental agreement copy.. try to use that and hack a few things such as adding topics that are missing.. donot do major changes if you are going alone..

Rentredi is better to completely manage rental property. There when you complete your profile there will be option for you to get a template from 3rd party site for 10 to 15 dollars.

I used my previous apartment rental copy which I rented for myself. that’s the best bet or ask the lease agreement of anyone who you know is renting an apartment currently
