for most of the chicken appetizers ki…marination and round 1 fry process is same…

adi mundugaa prepare chesi pettukomanu…everyday…

daanthi chala varieties cheyyochi…like chicken 65, chilly chicken, chicken manchiriya or chicken fried rice…etc. round 2 lo different sauces and ingredients esi kalipi oka  peru pettadame…

if you re-fry chicken it becomes soggy - If you re heat rice it looses moisture you wont last more than 3-6 months

Bawarchi restaurant in framingham served reheated stale curries on weekdays..ofcourse most restaurants do that anuko..so stopped going for lunch ..only Saturday or Friday evening when they make fresh.

 

If they serve reheated mixed chicken..consistency potudhi..your restaurant will close in a year

Customer wants cheap food - if he worried about health not a singe indian buffet restaurant would exist -

For example I mean off shelf life not expired there is a difference they will buy vegetable which are little damage or dose not look good - A can of food that expires in a week no customer will buy with full price at store so they give to restaurants , Same could be true with meat dairy batters .

in bay area min wage is $17 no one works for min wage you need to pay more , Chicken cost $4 per pound , Goat cost $6 Fish Cost $3-4 per pound beer on average cost $1-3

how can our indian restaurants afford $22 buffet ? there should some cutting corners - the main one is illegal immigrants hiring that is labor cost more than 50% - No Sales tax on Catering all cash saving on 5% credit card processing and no tax on income .
