People these days are quite conscious of sugar and BP and oils used, so rice consumption is less (of course if you are talking about students or younger persons coming to eat, its a different thing).

maybe getting a name for quality and have people come back is better than trying to save money on daily food.

no one makes everything the same day bro - every things has to be peeped before hand - only biryanis are made for the day  and starters are made fresh to order in a busy or some standard  restaurant  - every thing else is pre made and re heated for serving
