Is Qdoba or Chipotle daily better for weight loss

None of fast food is healthy. Everything has disadvantages and bad ingredients. It’s best to get salads with proteins from groceries. Main source of weight loss is calorie deficit and healthy eating. Outside foods don’t give you that.

you need to cusotmize - no sour cream, less rice etc...as is, it is over 1000 carlories. what you see in menu is for base bowl. it also has lot of sodium . 

As some one said, best to eat fresh at home

if you can get chicken breast and saute it with few spices (you can add as much as you want at home) , thats best

Avoid outside food. Once a while is ok but daily ante impossible to reduce.  Panera laanti vatilo edo salad untay ... quinoa tho... but daily kastam. At home is best. 

Eat more vegetables ( carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, broccoli, sweet potatoes, cucumber etc. ). Ivi lite ga salt pepper esi little bit olive oil lo lite ga roast chesi tinochu. Air fryer lo kooda. 

Chicken breast small pieces chesi - seasoning untay chalaa (get low sodium)- air fryer lo very less oil tho you can make. 

inka chaala untay and easy to make as well.
