Always avoid shaving in the opposite direction of hair growth. Use Aveeno shaving gel and after shave. Its dermatologist recommended and helps a lot with razor bumps. To avoid irritation, I started using a beard cover for a few hours after shaving to protect my skin from friction, and that’s helped a lot.
