Read the article , the story applies to every indian city no matter how small it is except Chandigarh because it is ruled directly by its own elected body and not the state or Central government

You can replace Bengaluru with Hyderabad in that article and you would agree with everything in there

Its just that benguluru is much more important than Hyderabad they chose to write a topic on it

Totally Agree, HYD roads/traffic is f**ing disaster on every rainy day!

If all the development in a state happens in only one place, this would be the result.

indian states would never learn from mistakes. They are more focussed like real estate brokers

People always go to the place(specially migrants) where they can find better oppurtunities. Karnataka lo top city bangalore(offcourse its one of the top cities in india too). Next top city edi karnataka lo? There will be huge difference.

nuvvu blore gurunchi cheppindi hyd ki kooda applicable ey gaa.
as @Ryzen_renoir said, this article is totally applicable to most of cities in india.

all states should focus on lessening the gap between their top city and 2nd top, 3rd top cities. But they wont do because they personally invested a lot in the top city. Gap thaggithey valla properties value peragavu

it's about planning, one should build to scale for at least 20 to 30 years, India lo ipudu edina infra(roads/drainage/cables/pipelines) kavalante adi build chese sariki population grows and the build one is already insufficient. City planning officials ki asalu antha expertise unda India lo, edo geethalu geesi ventures eyamante vestaru.
