lots of corruption in these departments. India lo reservation punyama ani govt officials lo majority of them are fit for nothing....edo degree lo just pass aithe chaalu, with help of reservation they get good posts in govt. How can u expect them to build, plan and execute......and next 20 - 30yrs future planning? too much of asking.

Nenu personally chusa kada hyd lo R&D and Water works dept lo.....EE's (Executive Engineer) untaru, these are Btech/BE passed out engineerings and direct field lo untaru and they monitor all the works....inka chudali, 3rd class passed outs with reservation tho EE's avtharu......zero knowledge and no basics...high officials bhoothulu thiduthaaru, dont u know basic physics and calculations ani.

personally I happened to be there few times and high officer was scolding an EE...and after that EE left, he was telling ppl in that room...ila 3rd class pass out vallu vachi, ilanti crucial jobs lo pedithe inka em use...how can u build better infra ani.

Contractors elagu corruption/money saving lone focus pedtharu...ilanti EE's unte, they abuse and take advantage....end of the day, public will have to face consequences and they curse govt and politicians will curse high officials like us ani.

Bro Hyderabad is equally even worse........ Eee KTR and Real estate agents only show the Western part of Hyd and tell Hyd is more developed than bengaluru and a global city 

Its shocking to see the difference between West and other remaining parts of Hyd..... Gachibowli, Kokapet, Madhapur no doubt its really developed and good looking

But the moment you drive to North, East and South of the city its a totally different story.... Kompally, Tarnaka, Malkajgiri, Vanasthalipuram ..Its shocking to see the difference between West and other remaining parts of Hyd.....  Dirty roads, pot holes, overfilled garbage cans with pigs roaming around....... 75% of Hyderabad still looks like the same 90's Hyderabad I grew up.

Since you lack the knowledge about the subject.  Bengaluru was a well planned city in the first place , it was ruined by corrupt state  govt control 

The lesson is to Remo e state control over cities and let them develop themselves.  

Its pretty easy to plan cities , any consultant can give you one. The problem is keeping it that way , which is impossible under present setup in india
