Already 15% price reduction ayyay .. will see atleast 25-30% of price reduction.. inka further ga down aina no surprise .. still precovid prices ki padavu .. Ala kani aindi ante economy gone to dogs aney indication .. worst is yet to come though

Dallas is strong market particularly Frisco McKinney areas super strong market !

Austin lo inventory add avtundi but the prices are now like how it was back an year. They’ve to reduce even more to come back to pre Covid levels and I think it ll take time but full fledge crash kastam ankunta bro
